I am from Costa Rica. I was looking around yahoo and i found this question (i watched in a video that this yahoo is particularly full of trolls, but i didn't understand a lot because my francais isn´t very nice). I suppose that you can understand the english, so i'm gonna answer this question.



Well, pluies means rains, right? And Juin June. Est ce vraiment déconseillé ou cela ne pose pas de soucis particulier? Is it really advisable or that poses no particular concern?



Ok. The rain season begins at the end of May and ends in November. If you want to go to a mountain, great. But if you want to go to a beach, you should come from December to April (dry season). But in December, January and February everything is full (hotels, hostals).



As a recomendation, i suggest to organize all before coming.

ce n'est effectivement pas la bonne saison (pour ma part j'y suis allé en mars)

si c'est pour aller au bord de la mer ce n'est pas un problème majeur ; maintenant si tu veux visiter le Monteverde, le volcan Arenal, le parc naturel de Tortuguero....certaines routes et chemins de forêt risquent d'être difficilement praticables (le Costa Rica est un des pays où il pleut le plus l'été) ; en tout cas mieux vaut ne pas oublier bottes et K-way
